Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving market adoption of Subtle Medical’s AI imaging solutions. This role combines product positioning, campaign development, digital marketing, conference strategy, and content creation to support both new product launches and ongoing demand generation.

This individual will work closely with Product, Sales, Clinical teams, and Executive Leadership to ensure our messaging resonates with imaging providers and healthcare systems while delivering measurable marketing impact.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable developing messaging for complex clinical technology while executing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Messaging

  • Develop and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across Subtle Medical’s AI imaging portfolio.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for radiologists, imaging administrators, and healthcare executives.
  • Support new product launches, including go-to-market strategy, messaging development, and campaign planning.
  • Create and maintain core product marketing materials, including product briefs, sales decks, website content, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Clinical teams to ensure marketing content reflects clinical impact, operational value, and customer use cases.

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and qualified leads for Subtle Medical solutions.
  • Manage digital marketing programs, including email campaigns, webinars, paid advertising, content syndication, and social media campaigns.
  • Support campaign strategies tied to new product launches, clinical education initiatives, and pipeline generation goals.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure marketing programs align with territory priorities and pipeline objectives.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and insights.

Conference & Event Marketing

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for major industry conferences and events, including RSNA, ECR, and other radiology meetings.
  • Develop pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns to maximize meeting bookings, booth engagement, and pipeline impact.
  • Coordinate messaging, booth content, presentations, and supporting collateral for conferences.
  • Support executive speaking opportunities, thought leadership, and customer storytelling at events.
  • Track and analyze event ROI and lead conversion performance.

Content Development

  • Create and manage high-impact marketing content, including:
    • Case studies and customer success stories
    • Clinical and operational use cases
    • Blog posts and thought leadership
    • Webinar content and presentations
    • Product marketing collateral
  • Partner with clinical experts, customers, and internal teams to develop credible, evidence-based content that resonates with imaging providers.
  • Support the development of sales enablement materials that help communicate Subtle’s value to healthcare organizations.

Marketing Analytics & Performance

  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Work with marketing leadership to improve marketing attribution and lead management processes.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Use analytics to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales to ensure marketing initiatives support pipeline growth and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate innovation into clear market messaging.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Customer Success teams to highlight real-world impact and customer stories.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners when needed.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or AI software.
  • Experience spanning product marketing, demand generation, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience managing conference marketing and event-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical or technical concepts into clear marketing messages.
  • Strong content development skills across multiple formats.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, AcuityMD, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience marketing AI solutions for medical imaging or radiology workflows.
  • Familiarity with MRI, PET, CT, and/or radiology operations.
  • Experience working with health systems, imaging centers, or radiology groups.
